Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from inside the US.
Cost
Shipping is free on the Azouki Snow & Frost Cover ($59.99). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days in the US. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination and carrier, especially around holidays and during winter storms.
How we ship
Orders are fulfilled by our US fulfillment partner and delivered by a major US carrier. Every cover ships with its storage bag.
Order processing
We process orders as quickly as we can, usually within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@azouki.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Wrong address
If you spot an error in your shipping address, contact us right away at hello@azouki.com. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address, but we will do what we can.
